We are looking for a seasoned and innovative marketing leader with experience in brand management and creatives to

execute Bykea’s marketing plans and communication strategies across all channels, and manage a team of marketing

professionals. We usually develop everything in-house - so creativity, analytical thinking, team management is all needed. This

candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.

The incumbent must have a strong understanding of consumer insights, customer personas, brand strategy and positioning.

This position will be tasked with 3 main objectives:

1. Execution of Marketing & Brand Campaigns - Conceptualize, Plan & Execute

2. Champion Brand Identity for a Bykea Category

3. Lead the development of all brand and communication assets - Digital & Offline media including videos, banners,

GIFs, OOH, Radio Ads etc.

What you roughly look like as a professional:

1. Experience:

a. Preferred 5+ years experience in driving brand management at start-ups, early stage organization, or any

digitally driven large organization

b. Experience in brand strategy - knows how to create brand stories, build narratives, and drive brand

engagement

2. Entrepreneurial Spirit: live and breathe the business. Experience in scaled startups is a plus.

3. Creative: Eye and thought for world-class design, and preferably a passion for the Urdu language

4. Analytical and Adaptive: should be great at analytics, segmentation and data driven decision-making

5. Personality:

a. Attention to detail, obsessive, and with grit

b. Public speaking & story-telling abilities
