We are looking for self-driven individuals for our People Strategy team who display high levels of ownership, are able to think out of the box and take initiatives to create an impact in areas of TA, Employer Branding, Talent Management and HR operations. With a people oriented mindset and an understanding of business needs, we require someone who is able to create and independently deliver data driven innovative solutions, build strong relationships with stakeholders and respond to their needs.

About the Role:

  • Design employer branding strategies to communicate the organization's value proposition and facilitate it to attract top talent
  • Actively build talent pipeline through the use of robust tools
  • Design a performance management framework including working with key stakeholders to identify performance standards, competencies, measurement tools and facilitating the process of talent reviews to identify the organization's top talent
  • Gather insights into development needs, prepare development plans (individuals and functional), identify initiatives to upskill employees and monitor progress
  • Ensure awareness of organization's values and integrate them into the various HR processes
  • Initiate and implement programs for employee engagement, retention, growth, and succession, based on research and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
  • Work with the team to continuously improve policies and procedures which help to build a healthy culture
  • Work with the team on day to day HR operational matters as and when required
  • Monitor critical HR metrics and use the findings to suggest new initiatives

What we are Looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Organization Development, HR or general business management
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR eccentric role (designing and executing interventions)
  • Experience of designing and implementing performance management systems, engagement and capacity building initiatives
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • A learning mindset willing to tackle complex problems with creative solutions
  • A zest for research and analyzing data and key metrics and using that to build customized solutions
  • Experience of managing diverse stakeholders
