We are looking for an HR Associate in our People Strategy team - ideally, you are good at project/operations management, self-driven, display ownership and are looking to make an impact from day one. We want someone who wants to move beyond just the typical HR function, and adopt a marketing and customer services mindset: how do we engage and retain our employees, and develop strong relationships.

The role includes

  • Managing talent acquisition: sourcing, assessments, coordination and guiding through the hiring process
  • Helping out with and owning new-hire procedures, including organizing employee orientation and on-boarding
  • Executing employee exit processes - how do we improve them, track the reasons and solve the issues
  • Manage payroll and benefits: ideally you want to take ownership of projects and thus we would ideally want this person to manage the payroll process
  • Liaison with the admin team to manage facilities, employee merchandise and internal brand procurement
  • Constantly think of new things we can do internally: improve processes, analytics, gap-identification. The more initiative you take, the more opportunity you get
  • Ideation and execution of processes to improve employee satisfaction - events, appreciation mechanisms, engagement etc.

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree from a top-tier university - ideally focused on consumer behaviour, social sciences, sociology, management sciences (but any degree works)
  • 1+ years of experience preferred (but not required)
  • A strong mindset to not focus on typical processes, but to drive change and experiment with new solutions for day to day operations and projects
